Shipping policy
Packages lost by carriers such as USPS, UPS, DHL, etc... are a pain. If any package correctly shipped out by Intellectual Power gets lost or stolen, we as the shipper are not responsible. Please email us at support@intellectualpower.net and we will contact the carrier to file a claim. If the carrier accepts full responsibility for the lost and/or stolen package, we will work to get a new shipment to you. Unfortunately, if they do not accept responsibility, this issue is between you and the carrier. If you are concerned about a package being stolen, please pay for signature confirmation. If you are concerned about your order getting broken, stolen or lost, please pay for insurance or signature confirmation. If at the time of purchase you input the wrong shipping address, we are not responsible. If the order is returned to sender and you would like for the shipment to be shipped back to you, there will be a 3 week process. We will wait until we receive the package and then we will send you an invoice via email to pay for the package to be re-shipped to the correct address.
PLEASE NOTE: If you do not receive your order on the expected delivery date, you have 24 hours to contact us so that we can reach out to the carrier. Failure to contact us within 24 hours may result in loss.
