Intellectual Power™ Shipping & Exchange Policy


Processing & Shipping Time

Please allow 2–4 weeks for orders to ship after purchase. We take great care in preparing and shipping all packages, but once an order leaves our facility, delivery timelines are subject to the carrier’s schedule and conditions.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Packages lost or stolen by carriers such as USPS, UPS, DHL, etc., are unfortunately beyond our control.
If your order was correctly shipped by Intellectual Power™ and becomes lost or stolen, we are not responsible for the loss.

  • Please email support@intellectualpower.net so that we can contact the carrier to file a claim.

  • If the carrier accepts full responsibility, we will work to send you a replacement shipment.

  • If the carrier does not accept responsibility, the matter must be resolved directly between you and the carrier.

If you are concerned about theft, loss, or damage, we strongly recommend adding insurance or signature confirmation at checkout.

Incorrect Shipping Address

If an incorrect address is entered at checkout, Intellectual Power™ is not responsible for the misdelivery.
If your order is returned to sender and you would like it reshipped:

  • Please allow up to 3 weeks for processing.

  • Once the original package is received, we will send an invoice for reshipping costs to your updated address.

  • Your order will be resent after payment of the reshipping invoice.

Delivery Delays

If you do not receive your order by the expected delivery date, you have 24 hours to contact us at support@intellectualpower.net.
Failure to notify us within this 24-hour window may result in a forfeiture of claim.

Exchange Policy (Domestic Orders Only)

We offer exchanges for domestic U.S. orders under the following conditions:

  • There is a $10 exchange fee for the return label and an $8 shipping fee for the new order.

  • The new order will ship after:

    1. We receive and inspect the returned item(s), and

    2. The exchange invoice has been fully paid.

**International orders cannot be exchanged. All international sales are final.**
